today i got flowers

Today, when I arrived at work. I noticed that my area was dressed up and standing by my monitor is a box of three white roses. Along with it is a card saying:

Hi Baby,

I hope you like the flowers. I just want you to know how happy I am that you came into my life. You give my life meaning (and a huge bit of color, too... Hehe).

It was a surprise how he pulled it off considering we were together last night playing badminton. (Apparently, his mom bought the flowers for him, which explains her birthday text message to me this morning!)

I couldn't ask for more today.
